It has kalamata olives, lemon zest, oregano, rosemary, basil and zaátar (a Lebanese spice) Each loaf weights approximately 1060 g or 37 oz. Yields aprox. 18 slices (weight may vary as each loaf is handcrafted).

INGREDIENTS
Wheat unbleached flour 11.7%, wheat unbleached flour 14%, organic whole wheat flour, Kalamata olives, kosher salt, zaátar (sesame seeds), basil, oregano, rosemary & lemon zest.

HOW TO HEAT
3 to 4 min at 380° in airfryer, toaster or oven. You can spray with water before warming up and it will be like fresh baked.

CONSERVATION
Keep frozen. Recommended duration up to 3 months frozen.
