Previously roasted. Each loaf weighs approximately 1000 g. Yields approx. 18 slices (weight may vary as each loaf is handcrafted).

INGREDIENTS
Wheat unbleached flour 11.7%, wheat unbleached flour 14%, organic whole wheat flour, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame & poppy seeds, kosher salt.

HOW TO HEAT
3 to 4 min at 380° in airfryer, toaster or oven. You can spray with water before warming up and it will be like fresh baked.

CONSERVATION
Keep frozen. Recommended duration up to 3 months frozen.
