Turmeric is a superfood, promotes brain health, is anti-inflammatory, full of antioxidants, and promotes mobility and joints. Each loaf weighs approximately 1060 g or 37 oz. Yields approx. 18 slices (weight may vary as each loaf is handcrafted).

INGREDIENTS
Wheat unbleached flour 11.7%, wheat unbleached flour 14%, organic whole wheat flour, pumpkin seeds, kosher salt, turmeric powder.

HOW TO HEAT
3 to 4 min at 380° in an air fryer, toaster, or oven. You can spray it with water before warming it up, and it will be freshly baked.

Keep frozen, recommended duration up to 3 months frozen.
